Why Mortgages by Channing Exists
Mortgages by Channing started because of a family. I had been working with them for months, helping them save, prepare, and plan for the home they'd been dreaming about. Then, the company I was working for raised their rates significantly to protect their margins. Just like that, this family couldn't buy.
I never wanted to be in that position again. So I built something different. A mortgage company where the client always comes first. Where we shop for the best rate instead of pushing the one that pays us most. Where we tell you the truth even when it's not what you want to hear.
That's Mortgages by Channing. We're a licensed Louisiana mortgage broker, which means we work for you, not a bank. We compare rates and programs across multiple lenders to find the best fit for your situation.
